Share-related program (Warrants)
At the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 4, 2019, it was decided to issue a maximum of 300,000 warrants for senior executives, employees and key personnel in the Company.
The term of this warrant program (“LTIP 2019/2022”) is three years, and the subscription period is in June 2022.
The warrants have been market valued according to the Black & Scholes valuation model.
The option price was set at SEK 4.68 per warrant and the exercise price at SEK 48.49 per share.
Maximum share dilution as a result of this incentive program amounts to 2.44%.
A total of 197,894 warrants were subscribed for.
The remaining warrants, 102,106, are held by the Company.
No other warrant programs exist within the Company.
