On July 5, 2024, the board of Jetpak Top Holding AB (publ) issued a statement regarding the voluntary cash offer of SEK 98 per share from Notalp Logistik AB from June 19, in which the board recommended the shareholders in Jetpak not to accept the offer.

On September 13, 2024, the board of Jetpak Top Holding AB (publ) issued a statement regarding the increased voluntary cash offer of SEK 104.5 per share from Notalp Logistik AB from September 6, in which the board recommended the shareholders in Jetpak to accept the offer.
