Jetpak acquire Kvalitetstransport A/S in Norway for NOK 22 million

Jetpak Top Holding AB (publ) has today through its subsidiary Jetpak Norge AS signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Norwegian delivery and distribution company Kvalitetstransport A/S, with access from January 2024.

The acquisition price amounts to NOK 22.0 million on debt-free basis.
There is no future conditional additional purchase price in the acquisition agreement.
The acquisition is paid in cash.

Kvalitetstransport A/S, https://www.kvalitetstransport.no, has its main base at Gardermoen Airport in Oslo and is also established in Bergen on the Norwegian west coast. The business is focused on courier and distribution transport in Norway, storage services and air terminal logistics at Gardermoen Airport.
Kvalitetstransport had a turnover during the fiscal year 2022 amounting to NOK 101.2 million. The company has 39 employees.

“Through the acquisition of Kvalitetstransport, we have now strengthened Jetpak’s position within the important airfreight related courier, distribution and warehousing services, as well as adding further coverage and capacity to our current road network.
This acquisition will further improve our service offering at our three most important airports in Scandinavia.
This is in line with our plan of providing Scandinavian wide logistic solutions, as this acquisition follows our previous acquisitions of CTS Express in Denmark in 2022 and BudAB in Sweden in October this year.
Having succeeded in this is another important step to secure Jetpak’s future growth, profitability and strategic position in our home market.

We have initiated the integration plan for how we can best benefit from each other’s service offerings and respective organizations  – so that the total turnover and results can be accelerated in the coming years.
I am therefore very happy to be able to now welcome Kvalitetstransport into the Jetpak family”, says Jetpak CEO Kenneth Marx.

“After more than 25 years of developing Kvalitetstransport to what it is today, we now really look forward to being able to contribute to further growing the business and strengthen our market position in Norway within the framework of Jetpak’s organization.
This with the help of our range of services which, among other things, consists of nationwide distribution traffic, express delivery, and airport terminal services such as security, customs services, and warehouse management”, says Kvalitetstransport’s CEO Thomas Sefring and Kvalitetstransport’s founder Even Furuholt.
